About Steven Kindle:
Steven is a life-long resident of Cape May County. After graduating from Middle Township High School in 2003, he then went onto pursue and get his MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. He worked in Stone Harbor as a lifeguard for 8yrs before starting his tenure at Kindle AutoPlaza, but his love for the outdoors never left. During the season, Steven enjoys racing his sailboat and riding his dirtbike, along with hiking and taking some downtime with his family and friends. He currently serves as President of the Board for Cape Counseling Services, which has been the leading provider of behavioral health services in Cape May County since 1979. The unofficial mascot of Kindle is his Husky, Kirra, who enjoys napping, walks, and getting snacks from any employees that she crosses.
Steven started the insurance agency with his dad, Bill Kindle in September of 2015, and started seeing success immediately through writing business with Farmers. With the help of his devoted staff and the support of the community, he was able to end his contract with Farmers in January of 2019 and explore even more insurance options by becoming an independent broker. Steven is currently hard at work obtaining his CIC designation for insurance professionals through the National Alliance, and is a member of the Young Agents Council for the Big I of Southern New Jersey.
About Alicia Pearson:
Alicia is originally from Cumberland County but has lived locally for about 3yrs. After graduating from Stockton’s Political Science program with her Bachelors Degree in 2010, Alicia was ready to take on the world but first - She needed insurance!
Fresh out of college, looking for a job with benefits, she ironically landed at a small three person insurance agency where she discovered she had a knack for the insurance game. She found the ever-changing business rewarding and became passionate about being able to use all of her knowledge for the good of the customer.
Alicia currently holds the CISR designation for insurance professionals through the National Alliance, and is actively working toward obtaining her CIC designation as well. Alicia also sits on the Young Agents Council for the Big I of Southern New Jersey and proudly serves on the Environmental and Legislative Committee for the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce. Taking every opportunity for personal and professional growth, her 7yrs of insurance experience brought her to Kindle Insurance Agency.
When she isn’t geeking out over policies, you can catch Alicia on the golf course, doing yoga, or running on the beach.
